Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.

Condition of Items
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

How to Request a Return
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to start the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
